Office Fitness is an on-site Group Fitness method designed to make fitness accessible for everyone, even within a busy schedule. Our mission is to promote weekly consistency by delivering impactful and efficient sessions lasting just 15 to 20 minutes.
These sessions are held in the comfort of your workplace and require no need to change clothes. This approach ensures that you and your colleagues more easily maintain both physical and mental fitness.
About Us
We are a Personal Training Studio based in Wageningen (NL), specialized in weight loss, getting stronger and fitter.
With personal guidance we were able to create a bigger impact, achieve and sustain great results. Besides training people in our facility, we have also made the move to the office environment. With Office Fitness we strive to tackle the sedentary lifestyle in a truly effective way.

How it works

What
On-site group training in just 15-20 minutes, using bodyweight and surroundings like chairs or desks. Sessions target mobility, posture, strength, cardio, and coordination, with cognitive challenges to stay sharp. A Personal Trainer ensures variety, safety, and excitement every time!

When
Depending on what suits for the office. This could be after the morning coffee, during (lunch) breaks or after a workday. All to get a quick boost to be energized! We are able to visit the office from once to 5 times a week. Contact us to see what timeframe works best.

Where
As the name describes, inside the office and it could literally be in front of the desk. This way the employees don't have to travel or changes clothes. The Personal Trainer shows up in the workspace and creates a fitness program suited to the surrounding and attendees. You don't need a big office space, just enough room to stand!

Because it's in the comfort of your own office and the sessions last between 15 to 20 minutes, there is no need to change clothes, just a small break is enough to get a great workout in. The workout intensity is just enough to be impactful but with little to no transpiration.

We believe in sustainable results. Having a Personal Trainer visit the location weekly will create a routine and ensure that employees get their dose of movement. The sessions are always varied, this prevents boredom and keeps the people curious of how the next training is going to be.

The employees will be trained and challenged together in an informal setting, this way it allows them to bond. Experiencing the ups and downs together. In terms of sameness this supports the connection within the teams and across teams.
